Basalt-Fiber-Reinforced Phosphorus Building Gypsum Composite Materials (BRPGCs): An Analysis on Their Working Performance and Mechanical Properties

The preparation of fiber-reinforced phosphorus building gypsum composite materials (FRPGCs) is an important approach to enlarge the utilization phosphogypsum resources. Through reinforcing (PBG) with basalt fiber (BF), this article probes into effects length and content BF on working performance mechanical properties basalt-fiber-reinforced (BRPGCs) accesses toughness BRPGCs under bending loads using residual strength. results showed that addition could significantly promote BRPGCs. However, due adverse effect fibers BRPGCs, was constrained. After adding 1.2% 6 mm BF, strength compressive FRPGCs reached maximum values 10.98 MPa 29.83 MPa, respectively. Under a load, exhibited apparent ductile behavior. P-δ curve presented five stages, evident phase stability after cracking. A larger conducive When 1.6% added, reach 6.77 MPa.
